The 240 volt three phase electrical service to LILY will be shutdown on Friday, November 20,
2009, at 9:00pm, until Saturday, November 21, 2009, at 5:00pm.

: On November 21st, starting at 4 p.m. all Windows systems may have additional security patches and other updates applied as necessary to complete the patch cycle. Each server may need to be rebooted one or more times to apply all updates. Each reboot will impact the server for up to ten minutes.

On Saturday, 11/21/09, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM, the IT Networks & Security Data Team will be performing work that will affect the availability of the Risque software suite.
AFFECTED CLIENTS: All Risque applications.
SCOPE OF WORK: During the scheduled outage window, affected applications will potentially be unavailable.

The myPurdue Portal will be unavailable on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 7:00PM to 7:30PM for scheduled maintenance.

Due to the load placed upon our QA systems by payroll runs, we will be running payroll tests for the SAP Upgrade in QA only on Nov. 21-22. No production systems are involved.
